At Maralé by Ninni Parisara, every product is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

As our products are natural and perishable food items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a suitable resolution.

We reserve the right to decline claims reported after 48 hours or those without sufficient supporting information.
